Alvo Industries  was opened for business in January  2000

Our company is located in the eastern region of Estonia, near the city of Sillamae.

     Over the years in business, we have been able to keep and maintain stable relations with numerous companies in Estonia and abroad.

    Alvo Industries is engaged in the design and manufacturing of injection molding and stamping tooling. We have designed, built, and provided spare parts support for the custom-made manufacturing and process equipment. Our brilliant staff and engineers completed numerous repairs and modifications to complex third-party tooling and equipment in critical situations.

    With full understanding of the tooling and production processes, we collected and maintained a full park of injection molding machines and stamping presses for tooling tests and for the production runs.

  While engaged in automotive lighting manufacturing and MRI shielding, we purchased and maintain vacuum metalizing equipment for Physical Vapor deposition on Plastic, Vacuum Metalizing Coating of any non-electro-conductive materials such as PC ABS  PET  , and Aluminum Thin Film coating. This is also known as MRI process. We can process parts that are between 2 mm and 1500 mm in length

    We have built and maintained a range of hot plate welding, along with ultrasonic welding machines, for the assembly of plastics. These are installed  at our factory and at our partner facilities

    Our metalworking department is able to complete a wide range of manufacturing processes . We provide CNC Lathe and milling operation, coordinate and Jig boring, Precision  ID and OD round grinding, Sinker and wire EDM electro erosion, thermal treatment, stamping, metal forming, and CNC turret punch operation, resistance and tig welding of standard and complex materials.

Our metrology  can inspect our work  and the work of others in a climate-controlled environment with a Mitutoyo CNC coordinate measuring machine and other measuring equipment
