Injection molds and stamping tooling

 We can  provide injection molding tooling material flow analysis and  eliminate costly  mistakes  of unnecessary  overengineering .

  We are able to  provide mold drawings based on your part sketch or based on samples  or pictures of the product you wish to develop.

We are able to estimate  injection cycle and approximate operational cost analysis of the injection mold with  simulation  software .

We offer cost effective solutions for  stamping tooling  thorough IN -HOUSE  CNC wire -edm   punch and die making.  

We are able to repair and modify single cavity stamping dies  and progressive stamping tooling 

Vacuum metalizing

We offer Vacuum metalizing , MRI shielding service . We were able to secure one of the largest vacuum deposition machines with large capacity vacuum chamber (metallization).

Measuring and inspection by CMM machine

Our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is the latest in design , fully automated machine used for measuring and quality inspection. Through the use of this machine we are able to achieve 100% repeatability.
