CNC WIRE AND SINKE EDM OPERATORS

CMM OPERATOR  METROLOGY DEPARTMENT  

Key Responsibilities 

For the CNC lathe and mill  operators- MAZAK, and FADAL equipment

• Machine Setup & Operation: Load/unload raw materials, install proper tools, and calibrate machinery (lathes, mills, routers).
• Programming & Adjustments:Enter, edit, or adjust computer codes (G-code, M-code) to ensure accurate feed, speed, and cutting paths

Blueprint Interpretation: Read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet precise tolerances using precision measuring tools ( we will train qualified candidate  to utilize CMM).
• Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine, light machine maintenance, clean equipment, and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor machines during operation and troubleshoot minor issues, adjusting as needed. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma ; technical school, vocational training, or an associate’s degree in machining .
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or operating CNC machinery  required.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in math (geometry/trigonometry), blueprint reading, and familiarity with precision tools.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods .

Our CURRENT salary for a CNC  lathe or  mill  operator is approximately €18,235 per year, with an hourly rate of €9.

• For  the Entry-level CNC operators (1-3 years of experience) we offer  €13,701.

• Senior-level CNC operators (8+ years of experience) we  offer €22,019.
• This gross salary and does not include bonuses or additional compensatios that are performance based.
• Work load – 40 hours per week.
• No night shifts

For the CNC wire Edm Machine and sinker Edm machine operators

Key Responsibilities 

• Setup and Operation: Prepare, load, and align workpieces, ensuring proper positioning.
• Programming: Utilize CAD/CAM software (e.g., MasterCAM) or G-code to program the machine .
• Machine Monitoring: Oversee the wire EDM process, ensuring optimal cutting speed and unmanned operation.
• Quality Control:  Measure finished parts using precision equipment (micrometers, calipers or  coordinate measuring system ) to ensure accuracy against technical drawings.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning tanks and changing filters. 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of EDM principles, CNC programming, and interpreting technical drawings/blueprints.
• Experience: Previous experience with Wire EDM machinery,  specialized training or certification .
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality to meet tight tolerance requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and adjust parameters

Metrology department (Measuring and inspection)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection & Testing: Perform in-process or final dimensional inspections on metal or plastic parts to verify conformance to specifications.
• Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate CMM equipment , create or edit measurement programs.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
• Documentation: Record inspection results, prepare reports, and document non-conforming, out-of-tolerance, or defective materials.
• Maintenance: Ensure the CMM and probes are cleaned, calibrated, and maintained for accurate, consistent results.
• Collaboration: Work with quality, engineering, and production teams to troubleshoot discrepancies  to improve processes. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMM software (e.g., MCOSMOS , GEO_MEASURE  PC-DMIS, Zeiss Calypso), and experience with handheld metrology tools.
• Education: A diploma ,  an associate degree , technical certificate in manufacturing or metrology .
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality inspection environment.( We however have ability to train qualified candidate to operate Mitutoyo CMM   cnc version)
• Abilities: Strong attention to detail, mathematical aptitude, and analytical skills. 

Our CURRENT salary metrology department  specialist  is set at  €18,235 per year, with an hourly rate of €9.

Those with entry level knowleges  will receive €13,701 yearly .  

Senior level experts  up to €30,000

This gross salary and does not include bonuses or additional compensatios that are performance based.

Work load – 40 hours per week.

No night shifts

Field engineer industrial equipment repair

Core Responsibilities

• Site Service:  install, configure, and upgrade industrial machinery.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex issues, analyze error codes, and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service reports, technical issues, and warranty information.
• Customer Support: Train users on proper operation and provide technical advice. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanics, Electrical, electronics, hydraulics, and  pneumatics, for metalworking, injection molding, and vapor deposition industry
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and provide effective, on-the-spot solutions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with repair team members and management.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in varied, often challenging, environments.
• Education/Experience: Requires a degree in engineering/technology or a technical diploma/certificate with relevant industrial experience.

• Senior-level specialis (8+ years of experience) we  offer Senior   up to €30,000

• This gross salary and does not include bonuses or additional compensatios that are performance based.
• Work load – 40 hours per week.
